Humilation in the Office

Recently I have posted an article about enjoying life and how beautiful life is - Life is Beautiful . But a few days ago, we were surprised by the events that attract most of the employees in my office. A management staff who rebuked a fellow employee in front of other colleagues. The noise are large and high enough so that it could not escape the attention. After that I tried to find out why this could happen, it turn out that the employee was unable to meet the demand from the senior staff, He get angry and rebukedthe employee in front of others.
Admonished or reprimanded are a very reasonable thing happens in the workplace. But the day's events slightly opened my eyes to understand how dangerous emotion if not properly controlled. I'm sure both sides would feel right. But I really regretted it. If there is a problem, it is better discussed in a closed room, the two sides can resolve the issue with a clear mind. Scold someone in front of others, not only contibute a negative effect for the conflict but will lead to other problems. Employees who was taken the yell will be embarrassed and of course this will have an effect on employee performance. The Company will face two things, the decline of work activities and the most frightening is the withdrawal of a job.
This was not the first time happened. the truth is,We often accept humiliation in the form of the word - verbal humilation. The leaders are often not thinking when saying something. Fortunately, positive thinking is always embedded in our hearts. Seniority is something that was highlighted in our work. I hope all of this is easy to pass. For the employees who received such harsh treatment, rest assured, we always support you, stay true, and face it as a temptation and remain strong.
